Personal Qigong Practice

Two methods I believe to be wonderful to learn are Yuan Gong Methods 1-9 (Each level should be done for many months/years before moving on to the next level.) and another method called Lift Qi Up and Pour Qi Down.  Dr. Evenhouse and I personally use Yuan Gong Qigong from Master Yuan Tze.  There are many qigong methods and masters to choose from.  I've also included videos from a wonderful man, Master Shi Heng Yi,  from the Shaolin Temple.  He has very deep and meaningful videos about Qigong and other life matters.  I highly recommend them.

Research the many options out there and see which method you lean towards.  I recommend sticking with one method for a period of time.  Find a qigong master in your area to practice in groups and to learn the fundamentals of qigong.  Doing your own qigong practice during qigong therapy with your child will enhance the outcomes.  It really does make a difference.
